What is the garbage and recycling pick up schedule?

⚠️ Emergency Alert 03-05-2026: The Sixth Street water tank is being drained and cleaned today. You may notice brown water. Due to sediment settling at the bottom of the tank, brown water is normal. Please run the cold water tap (preferably an outside spigot) until the water runs clear. Try to avoid running the hot water to clear the brown water as sediment can run through your water heater. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is a necessary process.

The garbage pickup schedule is every Monday; items should be put out Sunday night to ensure pickup on Monday. Pickups on holidays do vary sometimes; please check this website or Town Hall before holidays. Recycling pickup is every other Monday. Please refer to the homepage for a detailed schedule.
